This flow yoga class brings combines breath and movement as you are lead through flowing sequences of yoga poses.
These sessions will increase strength and stamina, and leave you feeling energised, refreshed and relaxed, a perfect combination if you want to feel fitter, stronger and less stressed!
This is an open class – so great for all levels, except students who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor.
