Celebrate the New Year and join me for this intimate, small group yoga day at Yardley Hastings, Northamptonshire.
Intimate small group yoga day. Our day will begin with a slow flow morning practice. We will break for a delicious, homemade warming vegetarian lunch and dessert and in the afternoon indulge in restoring and nourishing practices.
