This is a traditional Hatha Yoga class, incorporating mainly statically held yoga poses to release tension, stretch tight areas of the body, and increase strength.
Using breathing techniques, meditation practices and relaxation techniques, as well as working with the body, expect to find a quieter and calmer inner you. This is perfect for all ages and levels of experience as a range of options within the class allows you to work to the level that is right for you on any given day.
