Saturday 13th – Saturday 20th July 2019
From £725 early bird
Do you want to grow your yoga business, up-level your teaching skills, and take time out to enjoy yoga in amazing surroundings?
As yoga teachers we often spend our time holding space for others, and moving from one class or event to another. When do you truly stop and take time for yourself?
I know from personal experience that it is SO important to take a break from the “day-to-day” of life and work to spend time in ways that are inspiring and nurturing. And it is equally important to do this in our business lives as well as our person ones.
The Inspire and Evolve Teacher’s Retreat is perfect for you if you…..
- Feel like you have lost some passion for your own yoga practice and want to fall back in love with yoga
- Need some inspiration in where to go in your yoga business, and support in how to make it a reality
- Are overwhelmed with all the admin, marketing, finance and general businessy things about of being a yoga teacher
- Want to hone and grow your teaching skills and feel more confident in being the authentic teacher inside of you
- Would love to be part of a supportive and like-minded yoga teacher community
- Be able to focus on all of these things without the demands and distractions of everyday life
If this is you, then why don’t you join me?
I am passionate not just about helping you to grow your skills as a teacher, but also in supporting you on your journey to create the business and lifestyle you truly desire, to connect with your passions and the authentic teacher you dream about being, and helping you to develop the tools and business skills to do this in a way that supports you financially and energetically.
This week will give you time and space to reflect, to restore your energy, to focus on where you want to go and have help on how to get there with lots of support and advice, not to mention amazing surroundings, delicious food, and great company!
Our home for the week is the most amazing Eco-retreat in the middle of the Sierra Nevada National Park in Spain.
Imagine starting your day with a meditation as the sun rises over the mountain in the valley, followed by a long morning yoga session “just for you” on the roof top shala as eagles fly overhead.
After a delicious breakfast we finish the morning with our business skills sessions. This will give you inspiration and clarity on your business desires, and the tools of how to implement this like a professional, efficient and abundant yoga business owner.
After lunch there is space to digest snooze, reflect, read, walk or take a dip in the water tank pool nestled in the ruins of an ancient monastery.
Our last session of the day is designed to up-level your teaching skills and give you confidence in being the authentic teacher you want to be.
The group size is limited so that I can offer an intimate experience, and although the sessions will be structured, they will be tailored to the group with plenty of space to explore things as they come up.
The last two days of the retreat are free time after the morning yoga session. This is such an important time to allow all of the ideas and information from the previous days to settle, to have the space if you wish to start making some action plans, or to just step back and spend 2 days relaxing, having a massage or going on a picnic to a local river swimming beauty spot.
You will leave feeling refreshed, more knowledgeable, inspired and bursting to come back and put everything into action.
As a Senior Yoga Teacher, courses that I offer automatically qualify as further training/CPD hours for Yoga Alliance Professionals UK, which can count towards your next level of accreditation with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK, and as CPD hours for most other yoga organisations (please check with your individual membership body) – and don’t forget – as a further training/CPD event, this can be claimed as a business expenses for tax purposes.

“Wow, where do I start! This retreat quite literally blew my mind, both in terms of the venue (in the hills amongst an old monks monastery and hermitages!) and what I have learnt. I came to the retreat a procrastinating, overwhelmed yogi and have left informed, inspired and motivated with a plan for moving forward with my yoga business. I cannot thank Dawn enough for her undoubted passion and dedication she put into organising this retreat, she truly is an inspiration #yogagoals!
Couldn’t recommend this retreat enough, whether you are new to yoga teaching or a Yoga veteran, teaching at a studio or running your own classes. I feel so grateful to have been able to spend these weeks with like-minded beautiful people, in an amazing venue with sensational food and wonderful staff”

“I came to Dawn’s retreat at a cross roads in my life, not knowing where I wanted to go with my teaching or how I wanted to move forward in my ‘corporate’ job either. By the end of the five days I had gained more clarity than I ever could have imagined and had a clear direction and purpose with where I wanted to go in both yoga and my wider working life in general.
Don’t worry if full time teaching isn’t on your radar or a space that you yet feel ready to move into, it’s not where I am either, yet regardless of this Dawn’s teachings, insights and observations have given me a new outlook on my life and the tools I need to drive both my yoga business and corporate career forward and the confidence to know that the two can exist side by side without me running around like a headless chicken!
In fact I’ve been more productive and achieved more in my first four days back in the UK than I had in the six months before!
Besides that business skills I learnt it was such a pleasure to be able to practice and meditate in a morning just for the sheer pleasure of it. Dawn is an excellent teacher and those two hours in a morning spent meditating and practicing helped me fall in love with yoga all over again and also to remind me what it is about yoga that inspires me to teach and share this beautiful practice with others. The chance to spend time with other teachers who understand your worries, struggles and anxieties and can help you frame them in a different way was also an invaluable experience, I often feel a bit isolated as a teacher at times and it’s lovely to know you really aren’t alone and to gain a fresh perspective from someone who has been there too.
THANK YOU Dawn, for being you, for this retreat and for bringing me back to me.”

“Having done two fantastic yoga CPD training sessions with Dawn, I signed up for the Inspire and Evolve retreat, thinking it sounded too good to be true – to boost teaching skills and address the challenges of running a business. But the retreat exceeded my expectations. I came away valuing myself and what I have to offer in a way I have never experienced before.
Back home, I have had the confidence to have a go at video marketing on Facebook – something I would have really shied away from previously! I am also much more motivated and thinking more about the direction I am going in, aiming higher in what I want to achieve. Before the retreat I was frustrated and fed up with having to try to market myself, and feeling “icky” about selling my services, but I am now much more enthusiastic about it and even finding it a creative challenge to try new ways of engaging with potential clients who would really benefit from what I have to offer.
Another big thing for me was boosting my confidence as a teacher. I was in a place where I was often feeling very critical of myself and my skills, and was even planning to do another teacher training course. But during the retreat with Dawn I finally recognised that I have a lot of knowledge and skills to offer, I have already done a huge amount of training over the past 5 years, and I am actually good at what I do!
The group of teachers on the retreat were also very special and inspiring, and I learned a huge amount from all of them as well. Dawn is warm and fun, with a magical twinkle in her eye, but is also down to earth, practical, and absolutely full of fantastic information about yoga teaching and running a yoga business. I highly recommend this retreat!”
