Treat yourself to a weekend of yoga set in the stunning Cotswold countryside, returning for my 8th year to this lovely venue, a beautiful purpose built retreat centre.

Nestled between some of the loveliest towns of the Cotswolds, it is easily reached from all of the Midlands and London.

There will be 9 sessions to choose from over the weekend, including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, pranayama, meditation, mantra, talks and relaxation.  Come to as much or as little as you like. The weekend is suitable for all levels of experience and ability. There will be spare time for you to read, walk, visit the lovely local towns and villages or indulge in a treatment with an onsite therapist. You won’t want to leave!

Prices start from £315 depending on room choice. This includes delicious home cooked vegetarian food, twin room accommodation and all tuition.

A non-refundable deposit of £125 will secure your place, with remaining balance due by 14th April  2019. Any bookings made after these dates will require payment to be made in full.

Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

Saturday

7.45am – 8.30am Gentle awakening – Morning Yoga and pranayama
8.45am Breakfast

4pm – 5pm Vinyasa flow yoga
5pm – 6.15pm Yin/Restorative yoga/pranayama/meditation/relaxation

Help yourself to fruit/juice/cereal bars/yogurts if you want – brunch later
8.15am – 9.30am Hatha, pranayama and meditation
10.00am Brunch
12.00 – 2pm   Hatha/Hatha flow, restorative and Yoga Nidra and closing.
2.15pm Tea and Cake
2.45pm – 4.30pm Departures
