Join me for a Sri Lanka Yoga Adventure!
Nestled in the Knuckles mountain range in Sri Lanka, over looking Victoria Lake, we have exclusive use of an old tea plantation villa, and it’s 12 acre estate. Stunning views can be found in every direction, with plenty of hammocks, balconies and chill out spaces to enjoy them from.
Our home for 9 nights is a family run Eco-centre with a strong ethos of sustainability and supporting the local community.
Most days will start with yoga in the covered outdoor shala, with a view from above the clouds, before a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. After which there will be time to chill by the pool, explore the huge estate we are on, or indulge in a treatment at the on-site Ayurvedic spa.
Our later afternoon session will be more chilled than the morning session, indulging in practices such as yin, restorative, yoga nidra, meditation and pranayama. There will also on some days be some other wellbeing focused workshop sessions.
Included in the cost of the retreat is also a 1 day cultural tour trip to Kandy. Here we will visit the world famous Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. This Buddhist temple is a World Heritage site and since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country. There will also be time to explore Kandy further, perhaps visiting the Botanical Gardens, enjoying the local culture and food, and shopping.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation by attendee:
A minimum deposit of £300 is required to book your place (non-refundable.) Cancellation of more than 90 days in writing – Full refund of monies paid (less deposit). Cancellation 90 days or less, no refund, credit or exchange. Any outstanding monies are legally due in the event of cancellation of 90 days or less from the start date of the event. It is a condition of booking that all participants agree to have personal insurance that covers all of their needs including personal cancellation.
Cancelation or retreat by Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd:
In the event that Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd decides to cancel the event, all money paid to Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd will be refunded. There is no liability for any other money paid to any other parties or for any other expenses incurred.
Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd reserves the right in extreme circumstances beyond their control to a) substitute the advertised teacher/facilitator for the retreat b) Use an alternative venue of equal or superior standard to the one advertised
Cancellation beyond control of Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd: In the event of Force Majeure/unforeseen circumstances that hinders, delays, curtails or leads to cancellation of any events Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred or to repay any monies received. Participants will be expected to claim under their individual insurance. This includes but is not limited to, severe weather, acts of terrorism, disease epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, war, strikes, and failure of 3rd parties such as venues/caterers to provide their services.
In registering for any event or service you agree that Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd, shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay.
In registering for any event or service you agree to assume all risks associated with the event and or service and agree that no liability will be attached to Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd (or any staff member or contractors working on behalf of Dawn Wright/Mudita Wellbeing Ltd) for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property, finances or health.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Terms and Conditions does not invalidate or affect the remainder, which continues to govern the relative
