This retreat day is all about taking care of you! A chance to connect and share, and indulge in some time and yoga just for you.
The morning will start with an extra long, indulgent yoga session, followed by some businesses and teaching mentoring and sharing.
We will then follow with lunch (included) and weather permitting a short walk, and then yoga nidra to end the day,
I am doing this as a community event – therefore is is ONLY FOR YOGA TEACHERS, (if you have come across this and are not a yoga teacher, or yoga teacher in training already – please do not book). This teacher community events are run at a reduced costs to my other events to support community and connection between us all.
