This online 50 hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Course days will run 9.30am – 4.30pm each day – there will also be an additional 2 hour session a few weeks after the course has ended to enable the group to get continuing support and have a Q&A (date will be decided by the group and recorded for those that can’t make it)
